I would cast either James McAvoy or Jonas Armstrong, because they have the charm and good looks you need for the Doctor,plus they are both great actors so they would bring substance to the character. Of course, no one will ever be able to live up to David Tennant's Ten because he was just fabulous, but I think either of those guys would be pretty
